The hotel’s poolside area featured an outdated raised garden bed that restricted usable space and created a tired, uneven appearance. The surrounding zone offered limited seating and functionality, leaving guests with little room to relax or enjoy the pool environment comfortably.

Our team completely demolished the old garden bed and supplied and installed premium composite decking, transforming the once-wasted area into a stylish, functional retreat.
The new decking provides a durable, low-maintenance surface that perfectly complements the hotel’s pool aesthetic while offering ample room for sun loungers and relaxation pods. This refreshed design has redefined the pool area, creating a welcoming, resort-style space for guests to unwind and enjoy the sunshine.

We carefully sanded back each surface and applied a specialised refinishing system designed to revive and protect the laminate. The works involved removing outdated cabinetry, supplying and installing new custom-built cabinetry, applying fresh paint throughout, new LED lights throughout and fitting durable commercial-grade flooring. The result was a clean, modern, and functional workspace for hotel staff – significantly improving both the appearance and practicality of the service areas.
Hotel Amenities Upgrade – Sensor Taps & Hand Dryers
At a Perth hotel, our team coordinated a comprehensive upgrade of bathroom amenities to improve hygiene and energy efficiency. We supplied and installed 41 modern sensor-activated taps to replace outdated fittings, working closely with our plumber and electrician to ensure seamless functionality. As part of the same project, we sourced new power supplies where none previously existed and supplied and installed 14 Dyson hand dryers. The upgrade delivered a sleek, touch-free solution that enhanced both guest experience and maintenance efficiency.
Townhouse Exterior Refurbishment
Our team completed restoration works on four double-storey townhouses that had suffered timber rot on the upper-level walls and cladding. We carefully removed the damaged timber and replaced it with durable Colorbond sheeting, giving the buildings a fresh, modern appearance while providing long-term protection from the elements. In addition, we replaced the old, weathered insulation with new, high-performance materials to improve energy efficiency and comfort for the occupants.
